Retail Therapy works!!!

I was invited by Jessica (aka Jessicat, which is her blog name) to Hilton PJ Toh Yuen Chinese Restaurant for a food review. Sitting and dining together with a group of bloggers reminded me that it's time to update mine. I've been very lazy, I know... and I've just made a confession! In fact, when Shiuan, Hilton's marketing communication executive asked if I write my own blog, I said no, because I was too embarassed to show her my so... "limited" blog post. :P
The food there was awesome and it's 100% pork free. The chef is very knowlegeable and friendly as he answers all the questions asked by the group of bloggers professionally. Do check out foodpoi, Jessicat and KY's blogs for their food review blog post.

Last Tuesday, when I was shopping alone in Pavillion while waiting for my mum to finish her teatime with her bff, I bumped into a model agent of whom I've worked with long ago. He asked me to go for the audition of some jobs for F1 race 2011, and so I did... guess what, I failed... as predicted. Even though I've already foreseen the results, it still hits me very badly.. When I have a boyfriend, I would usually cry on his shoulder and his "oh baby, don't worry about it, I am always there for you, I love you, bla bla bla" will usually helps in making my day a lil better. But since I've been single for the past 5-6months, the rejection costs almost my allowances for a month as I went for a retail therapy to cheer myself up.

I love it when I tried the strappy one, so I bought it the min I put in my feet. I was in love & lust when I spot the peep toes high heels after I've paid for the strappy one... being the compulsive shopper me, I bought it too though it made me feel kinda stupid after purchasing it as both comes in the exact same colour!

One of the cons of staying single is that I hardly receive gifts nowadays... when I received the bodyshop products from Jessica as a x'mas pressie and headgear from Jessyca as a souvenir from her Bangkok trip recently, I was so GAY!!! Girls, trust me, you can live without a boyfriend, but you CAN'T live without your girlfriends... the quality and sincere ones of coz!

There it goes my saving for years! Next thing topped my to-buy-list ... IPad 64gb!!! Hopefully, no one provokes my anger... else, I think I'l go berserk and start purchasing the IPad beyond my means...
Being the spendthrift me, I wonder when can I ever fulfil my dream to travel to Italy... Sigh...
